This is an amazing surgery the doctors & all the staff are really helpful, I personally always see Dr J! this doctor is incredible at what he does! nothing is every too much trouble always got time for you and to date has helped me through loads of problems with the right meds! The nurses do a great job and are always pleased to listen to you and have a little joke as well which in their job is always helpful,this whole surgery's ethics are to help you the patient as much as possible! as I said this surgery is the best in the district and I been to a few with my heart condition and believe me you will not find better even in the private sector! Keep up the smiles and the great work you all do it means a lot to patients like me....Thank You! doesn't seem enough to say!

I attended the surgery with my one year old to have his immunisations and I am happy to say that my experience was excellent. The nurses that carried out the immunisations were, as always, polite, friendly and cheerful. At all of our immunisation appointments, they have provided excellent care as well as emotional support. I really appreciate their thoughtful and kind approach.

On the day of our appointment, the receptionists were very polite and helpful. However, the individual who booked our appointment was quite curt on the telephone and although I appreciate that she must have been busy it does not provide a positive initial impression.

The doctors here are great, they have helped with my long term pain management and referrals and have always been approachable and understanding. I have no complaints

I have been a patient of this surgery for nearly 20 years. I usually book appointments online but whenever I have had to call I have managed to get one within a reasonable time. I am very happy with the doctors and nurses that I and my family have seen and always find the staff friendly and helpful. The recent refurbishments at the surgery are a huge bonus too, the surgery looks modern and clean.
